泻肝清淋汤治疗围绝经期女性尿道综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察泻肝清淋汤治疗湿热下注型围绝经期女性尿道综合征(Female urethral Syndrome,FUS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例湿热下注型围绝经期FUS患者随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组服用三金片,4片/次,每日2次。观察组服用泻肝清淋汤,每日1剂,水煎,早、晚饭后2 h温服。两组疗程均为1周,疗程结束2周后统计临床疗效,观察症状总评分、女性下尿路症状(female low urinary tract symptoms,FLUTS)评分及生活质量(quality of life,QOL)评分的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为90.0%(27/30),对照组为66.7%(20/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状总积分和FLUTS、QOL评分治疗前后两组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后均未发现肝功、肾功、三大常规及心电图明显异常改变,且无明显不良反应。结论:泻肝清淋汤治疗湿热下注型围绝经期FUS疗效显著,能有效改善临床症状及FLUTS、QOL评分上均优于对照组,且安全有效。Objective:To survey clinical effects of Xiegan Qinglin Tang in the treatment of perimenopausal female urethral syndrome(FUS)of cold-damp downward flow pattern.Methods:Sixty patients were randomized into two groups,30 cases each group.The control group took Sanjin tablets,four tablets each time,twice each day.The observation group took Xiegan Qinglin Tang,one dose each day,taking two hours after the breakfast and supper after decocting.The course was one week,to count clinical effects two weeks by the end of the course,to observe total scores of the symptoms,FLUTS and QOL scores.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),higher than 66.7%(20/30)of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant in total scores of the symptoms,FLUTS and QOL scores within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05).After treating,no abnormal changes has been found in liver and renal functions,three routine tests and ECG,and no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Xiegan Qinglin Tang is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal FUS of cold-damp downward flow pattern,it could efectively improve clinical symptoms,FLUTS and QOL scores,and it′s safe and effective.
