穴位敷贴配合中医情志护理在糖尿病合并高血压患者护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷配合中医情志护理在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并高血压患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法:将80例患者利用简单随机抽样法分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予常规干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位贴敷配合中医情志护理,比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(summary of diabetes self caer activities,SDSCA)评分观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖尿病患者特异性生存质量量表(diabetes specific quality of life scale,DSQL)观察组各个维度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷配合中医情志护理能有效改善T2DM合并高血压患者的血糖、血压水平,对于提高患者自我管理能力以及生活质量具有积极的作用。Objective:To explore application effects of acupoint application and TCM emotional care in nursing management of the patients suffering type two diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with hypertension.Methods:Eighty patients were separated into two groups using simple random sampling,40 cases each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group acupoint application and TCM emotional care,to compare the intervention effects between both groups.Results:After the intervention,SBP,DBP,FBG,HbA1c and 2hPBG of the observation group were lower than these of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);after the intervention,SDSCA scores of the observation group were higher than these of the control group apparently,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);different dimensional scores of DSQL of the observation group were lower than these of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application and TCM emotional care could effectively improve the levels of blood glucose and blood pressure,and it is positive to raise the patients′self management ability and quality of life.
