集束化护理方案在水调散蜂蜜湿敷治疗环磷酰胺致静脉炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理方案在水调散蜂蜜湿敷治疗环磷酰胺致静脉炎患者中的应用方法与效果。方法:将108例患者根据不同的护理方法分为观察组与对照组,每组54例,所有患者都给予水调散蜂蜜湿敷治疗,连续治疗14天。对照组在治疗期间给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予集束化护理方案干预,记录两组预后。结果:总有效率观察组为98.1%(53/54),对照组为87.0%(47/54),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。总依从率观察组为100.00%(54/54),对照组为87.0%(47/54),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理总满意率观察组为98.1%(53/54),对照组为81.5%(44/54),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量评分两组干预后均显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组干预后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理方案在水调散蜂蜜湿敷治疗环磷酰胺致静脉炎患者中的应用,能提高治疗效果、改善预后生存质量,还可提高服药依从性与护理满意度。Objective:To explore application methods and effects of cluster nursing program to the patients suffering cyclophosphamide-induced phlebitis treated by honey wet compressing of Shuitiao powder.Methods:All 108 patients were allocated to 54 cases of the observation group and 54 cases of the control group according to nursing methods,all the patients were treated by honey wet compressing of Shuitiao powder,for 14 days consecu-tively.The control group accepted conventional nursing,and the observation group cluster nursing program,to record the prognosis of both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.1%(53/54),higher than 87.0%(47/54)of the control group(P<0.05).Total compliance rate of the observation group was 100.00%(54/54),higher than 87.0%(47/54)of the control group(P<0.05).Total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 98.1%(53/54),higher than 81.5%(44/54)of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life after the intervention were lower than these before the intervention notably(P<0.05),after the intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing program applied to the patients suffering cyclophosphamide-induced phlebitis treated by honey wet compressing of Shuitiao powder could raise therapeutic effects,improve quality of life after the prognosis,lift administration compliance and nursing satisfaction degrees.
