摘 要:为确保隧道二衬防水板施工质量,以免运营期出现渗漏水问题,采用磁焊枪无钉铺设施工工艺,对隧道防水板的单点焊接平均时间和单点锚固合格率进行研究。结果表明:1)铺设前对初支面进行处理是解决单点锚固合格率低的有效措施;2)焊接设备的选型、参数的设定有利于提高工作效率,相比传统的连接工艺,单个锚固点可节省1.5 s;3)防水板无钉铺设实现无损高强度焊接,提升了防水板的焊接质量。In order to ensure the construction quality of tunnel secondary lining waterproof board and avoid water leakage during operation,the average time of single-point welding and the qualified rate of single-point anchoring of tunnel waterproof board were studied by the construction technology of magnetic welding gun laying without nails.The results show that:1)It is an effective measure to solve the problem of low qualified rate of single-point anchorage by treating the primary support surface before laying;2)The selection of welding equipment and the setting of parameters are beneficial to improve the working efficiency.Compared with the traditional connection process,the time of a single anchoring point can be saved by 1.5 s seconds;3)The waterproof board is laid without nails to realize nondestructive high-strength welding,which improves the welding quality of the waterproof board.
