体育产业高质量发展的人才需求与高校“产业、专业、创业” 融合培养路径研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料、文本分析、实践观察等研究方法,基于人力资本理论对我国体育产业高质量发展的人才需求与高校人才培养路径升级进行了研究。分析发现我国体育产业人才在需求总量、需求类型上呈现出跨越式升级的态势,并催生了众多新兴产业人才需求。体育产业人才主要包括经营管理类人才和具体操作类人才两大类型,基于市场招聘信息数据对体育产业经营管理类、体育赛事操作类、体育健身培训类、体育传媒操作类人才的能力需求结构进行了分析,通过对主要门类人才具体能力结构分析得出了当前我国体育产业人才需求呈现出产业化、创新化、实践性、融合化的趋势。而当前我国高校体育产业人才培养存在着“重理论、轻实践”“重技术、轻产业”“重规范、轻特色”等不足,高校专业设置的规范性要求、高校教师的队伍结构、实践实训平台的运行状态制约、高校专业课程设置的同质化等是导致这些现象的重要原因。基于此,笔者认为实施“产业、专业、创业”三业融合的培养模式是体育产业人才培养路径升级的有益做法,“产业、专业、创业”融合能够较好地弥补高校体育产业人才培养的各种短板,促进资源的共享,促进高校人才更好地适应社会需求;“产业、专业、创业”融合培养模式需要构建与之相匹配的培养目标、培养课程体系;需要优化双师型的教师队伍、搭建完善的实践实训平台等支撑;需要完善利益共享机制、目标协同的培养体系等。Based on human capital theory,research methods such as literature,text analysis,and practical observation are used to study the talent demand for high-quality development of China’s sports industry and the upgrade path of university training paths.The analysis found that China’s sports industry talents have shown a leapfrog upgrade in terms of total demand and demand types,and have spawned many emerging industry talent needs.Sports industry talents mainly include management talents and specific operations talents.Based on market recruitment information text analysis about the ability of sports industry operations and management talents,sports event operations,sports fitness training and sports media operations talents,the demand structure is analyzed.Through the analysis of the specific ability structure of the main categories of talents,it is concluded that the current demand for talents in the sports industry in China is showing the trend of industrialization,innovation,practicality and integration.At present,China’s colleges and universities’sports industry personnel training has the following deficiencies:“emphasis on theory,practice”“technology,industry”“standard,and characteristics”.The normative requirements for professional settings in colleges and universities,the team structure of college teachers,and practical practices restrictions on the operating status of training platforms and the homogeneity of professional curriculum settings in universities are important reasons for these phenomena.Based on this,the author believes that the implementation of the“industry,specialty,and entrepreneurship”threeindustry integration training model is a useful way to upgrade the talent training path of the sports industry.This kind of short board,can promote the sharing of resources,can promote the talents of colleges and universities to better adapt to social needs;“industry,specialty,entrepreneurship”integrated training model needs to build matching training objectives,training curriculum
