基于“体教共生”视角下竞技体育后备人才多元培养 与路径优化研究

摘　　要：“体教共生”是世界竞技体育人才培养的发展趋势,而对于体育训练的实践者和未来体育成就创造者的后备人才培养一直被视为体育竞技项目可持续发展的基础。以梯队培养和“体教共生”培养的方式进行竞技体育后备人才的培养,促进了竞技体育的高水平发展。现有的后备人才培养方式虽培养出大批优秀的运动员,但依然存在一些问题:运动员选材缺乏科学性,项目普及率不高;人才培养与输送渠道不完善;缺乏科学创新的训练方法;竞技体育项目训练保障机制单一;文化理论学习效率不高;训练时间得不到保障等。为了优化体育后备人才培养路径,培养更多的竞技体育运动员,研究对后备人才选拔标准、人才培养与输送渠道、提高文化学习效率、保障竞技体育训练时间等提出建议。“Symbiosis of sports and education”is the development trend of talent training in the world’s competitive sports,and the cultivation of backup talents as practitioners of sports training and creators of sports achievements has always been regarded as the basis for the sustainable development of sports competition projects.The cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports combined with the perspective of echelon training and the perspective of“symbiosis of sports and education”promoted the high-level development of competitive sports.Although the existing perspective of talent training has cultivated a large number of excellent athletes,there are still some problems fundamentally:the selection of athletes is not scientific,the project penetration rate and the scope of popularization are not high;the talent training and delivery channels are not perfect;lack of scientific and innovative training methods;single training guarantee mechanism for competitive sports;cultural theory learning efficiency is not high;training time is not guaranteed.In order to optimize the training path of sports reserve talents and train more competitive sports athletes,suggestions are made for the selection standards of reserve talents,talent training and delivery channels,improving the efficiency of cultural learning,and ensuring the training time of competitive sports.
