摘　　要：手外科疾病是骨科门急诊常见病多发病。近年来研究发现,糖尿病与手外科疾病的发生、发展及预后存在明显相关性,不仅会增加手外科疾病的发病率,而且对其治疗效果产生影响。本文综述糖尿病对屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎、手部骨关节炎、掌腱膜挛缩症、腕管综合征、手和腕部骨折等手外科疾病的影响,并提出相应的预防措施。Diseases in hand surgery are common and frequently-occurring in orthopaedic outpatient clinic and emergency department.In recent years,research results have showed that diabetes is obviously correlated with the occurrence,development and prognosis of hand surgery diseases.Diabetes not only increases the incidence of diseases in hand surgery,but also affects the therapeutic effects.This paper reviews the influences of diabetes on diseases in hand surgery,such as flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis,hand osteoarthritis,Dupuytren's disease,carpal tunnel syndrome,hand and wrist fractures,and puts forward the corresponding prevention measures.
