比色法测定岗梅根总皂苷含量

摘　　要：目的:建立比色法测定岗梅根中总皂苷含量,为岗梅根的质量控制提供依据。方法:以人参皂苷Re为对照品、香草醛-高氯酸为显色剂,在545 nm波长下测定。结果:对照品在皂苷质量为0.0624 mg至0.1664 mg的范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样回收试验与精密度的RSD分别为1.83%与0.76%,方法学验证的各项指标均符合要求。5批岗梅根总皂苷平均含量分别为2.93%、2.87%、2.21%、2.34%、1.93%。结论:方法简便、准确,稳定性、重复性好,可以作为岗梅根及其制剂质量检测方法之一。Objective To establish a colorimetric analysis method for the quantitative determination of total saponins in Radix Ilicis Asprellae(RIA).Methods The ginsenoside Re was used as the reference substance and Vanillin-perchloric acid was taken as the chromogenic agent,detected at the wavelength of 545 nm.Results The reference substance showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.0624 mg to 0.1664 mg.The RSD of the recoveries and precision were 1.83%and 0.76%.All the indexes of the methodological investigations meet the requirements.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.It may be used for quality control of RIA and its preparations.
