瑶药大钻的药理作用及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：瑶医根据药物形态、性味功能及临床应用特点,将104味老班药归纳为"五虎、九牛、十八钻、七十二风",大钻为"十八钻"之一,又名黑老虎,为五味子科南五味子属,厚叶五味子Kadsura coccinea的干燥根及茎藤。大钻广布于我国南部地区,其主要化学成分为木脂素和三萜类,具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗炎等多种生物活性,民间常用来治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡、慢性胃炎、急性胃肠炎、肝硬化腹水等消化系统疾病,亦用于风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、产后瘀血腹痛等症。文章在文献调研基础上,对大钻药理作用及临床应用现状进行综述,为瑶药大钻药用资源的合理开发利用提供科学依据。Yao medicine is characteristic of the"Hu-Niu-Zuan-Feng"theory.Among the 104 traditional Yao medicine,there are 18 herbs belonging to"Zuan",and the"Da-Zuan"(Kadsura coccinea)is one of them.K.coccinea is a medicinal plant of the Schisandraceae family,widely distributing in the southern part of China.The main chemicals of K.coccinea are lignans and triterpenes with antioxidant,antibacterial,antiviral(HIV),anti-tumor,and anti-inflammatory activities.The roots and stems of K.coccinea are often employed for reducing inflammation and relieving pain,such as gastritis,enteritis,rheumatism,bruises,and dysmenorrheal.In this paper,the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of K.coccinea were summarized,which provides a scientific basis for the research,development,and utilization of K.coccinea.
