LED照明团体标准化工作实践分析——以规格接口标准T/CSA 016为例

摘　　要：本文介绍了国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟(社团法人实体:中关村半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟,简称“CSA联盟”)制定的团体标准T/CSA 016《LED照明应用与接口要求:非集成式LED模块的道路灯具/隧道灯具》的提案背景、共性项目研发、标准研制、标准发布、宣传实施推广,总结了该标准推广实施的各渠道、方式,如转化各地方标准、企业推动用户招标采用、转化国家标准、国际标准推广等,分析了团体标准响应产业快速发展需求的特点,对比了团体标准实施应用时的难度与不足之处,提出了国家标准与团体标准协调发展的工作建议。This article introduces the background,common project development,standard development,standard publication and promotion of T/CSA 016,Application and interface requirements for LED lighting–Street/tunnel light consisting of non-integral LED module,a social organization standard developed by China Solid State Lighting Alliance(CSA),summarizes different promotion channels and methods,such as local standard transformation,national standard transformation,international standard promotion,user bidding,etc.It also analyzes the characteristics of social organization standards in response to the rapid development of the industry and proposes suggestions on the coordinated development of national standard and social organization standard.
