摘　　要：风洞天平是航空航天飞行器风洞试验气动力和力矩测量的重要设备。本文简述了2003版美国航空航天协会(AIAA)《风洞试验内式应变天平校准和使用》推荐标准,主要包括基本概念、天平校准、校准文件和术语等内容;介绍了2020版天平校准标准修订的目标;重点指出2020版天平校准标准的主要变化,包括参与编写成员、天平选择要素、温度效应、压力效应、不确定度评估、天平使用等。意在为国内风洞天平校准技术的创新发展和标准制定提供参考。The wind tunnel balance is an important instrument for measuring the aerodynamic forces on the wind tunnel testing model.This paper sketches the AIAA standard of calibration and use of internal strain-gauge balance with application to wind tunnel testing,including basic concepts,balance calibration,documentation and glossary,introduces the new purpose of the 2020 edition of balance calibration standard,analyzes the main changes of the new standard,such as the members,balance selection,temperature effect,pressure effect,uncertainties,use of balance.The purpose is to provide thoughts and references for the innovation of domestic wind tunnel balance techniques and standard development.
