白血病患者自我管理效能感现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的对白血病患者自我管理效能感现状及影响因素进行调查研究。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表和心理弹性量表对山东省某两所三级医院的324例白血病患者进行问卷调查,采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、Pearson相关分析及多元逐步回归分析探究白血病患者自我管理效能感的影响因素。结果白血病患者自我管理效能感得分为(79.68±12.48)分,心理弹性得分为(62.47±11.93)分。相关性分析显示,白血病患者的自我管理效能感与心理弹性呈显著正相关(r=0.695,P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,心理弹性、文化程度、疼痛程度、病程是白血病患者自我管理效能感的预测因子,可解释自我管理效能感总变异量的32.2%。结论白血病患者自我管理效能感处于中等水平,心理弹性、文化程度、疼痛程度、病程是自我管理效能感的影响因素。Objective To investigate and study the present situation on self-management efficacy for leukemia patients and its influencing factors.Method Investigate 324 leukemia patients from 2 third class hospitals in Shandong Province by general information questionnaire,Chinese-version Strategies Used by People to Promote Health and Connor-Davidson resilience scale.Explore the influencing factors of self-management efficacy for leukemia patients by independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Result Score on self-management efficacy for leukemia patients is(79.68±12.48).Score on psychological resilience is(62.47±11.93).Correlation analysis shows that there is positive correlation between self-management efficacy and psychological resilience for leukemia patients(r=0.695,P<0.01).Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that psychological resilience,education level,pain level and course of disease are predictive factors of self-management efficacy for leukemia patients,which can explain 32.2%of the total variation of self-management efficacy.Conclusion Self-management efficacy for leukemia patients is in moderate level.Psychological resilience,education level,pain level and course of disease are influencing factors of self-management efficacy.
