摘  要:以国外某水电站发电厂房后边坡深层支护施工为例,介绍1000 kN级预应力双侵蚀保护高强锚杆的主要参数和施工方法。该工程边坡属于超高边坡,岩石为糜棱片麻岩,岩体破碎、裂隙发育,钻孔过程中极易出现塌孔、卡钻、埋钻等异常情况。采用套管跟进法成孔,顺利实施全长40 m的预应力高强锚杆深层支护,保障发电厂房安全运行。可接长的预应力钢筋锚杆施工简便、经济实用和耐久性好,具有广泛的应用前景。Taking the deep supporting construction of the slope behind the power house of a hydropower station abroad as an example,this paper introduces the main parameters and construction methods of 1000 kN prestressed double anti-corrosion high-strength rock bolt.The slope of the project belongs to ultra-high slope,and the rock is mylonitic gneiss.The rock mass is broken and cracks are developed.During the drilling process,abnormal conditions such as hole collapse,drill pipe sticking and drilling burying are easy to occur.The casing hole-boring method was used,and the deep supporting of 40 m long prestressed high-strength rock bolt was successfully implemented to ensure the safe operation of the power house.The extendible prestressed steel bar rock bolt is easy to construct,economical,practical and durable,and has a wide application prospect.
