摘  要:通过低压金属型铸造制备了ZL101A汽车底盘零部件前、后支座,并通过金相显微镜、硬度计、万能拉伸实验机等对其微观结构与力学性能进行研究。结果表明:前、后铸铝支座的平均二次枝晶间距分别为17.59、15.75μm,满足汽车铸件使用要求,抗拉强度分别为270、276.6 MPa,屈服强度分别为135.3、154.6 MPa,伸长率分别为8.7%、8.8%,硬度分别为106.1、103.9 HV,达到DIN EN 1706-1998要求。前铸铝支座树枝晶发达,Si相呈细小球状颗粒,部分区域有Si相偏聚,没有缩松与缩孔等铸造缺陷,铸造性能良好。后铸铝支座出现明显的缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,缩孔尺寸在80~120μm,可能会影响零件的致密性与焊接性。Using ZL101 A, the front and rear supports of automobile chassis components were prepared by low-pressure metal casting, and the microstructure and properties of the components were tested by metallographic microscope, hardness tester and universal tensile testing machine. The results show that the average secondary dendrite spacing of front and rear cast aluminum bearings is 17.59 μm and 15.75 μm, respectively, which can meet the requirements of automobile castings. The tensile strength is 270 MPa and 276.6 MPa, the yield strength is 135.3 MPa and 154.6 MPa, the elongation is 8.7% and 8.8%,respectively, and the hardness is 106.1 HV and 103.9 HV, respectively, reaching the requirement of DIN EN 1706-1998. The dendrites of front cast aluminum support are developed, the Si phase is fine spherical particles, the Si phase is partially segregated in some areas, and there are no casting defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage, and the casting performance is good. The casting defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage can be observed in the rear cast aluminum support. The shrinkage hole size is 80-120 μm, which may affect the compactness and weldability of the part.
