摘 要:齿轮的尺寸精度直接影响传动精度、运行平稳性和噪声大小,因此,如何减少热处理过程中的变形具有重要意义。选取渗碳温度(A)、淬火温度(B)、淬火介质温度(C)作为控制因子,选取外齿和内花键热处理前后跨棒距的变化作为考察指标,采用正交试验、信噪比和相对关联度方法得到了针对外齿轮、内花键跨棒距变化最小和综合考察指标最优的最佳工艺参数组合分别为A1B1C1、A3B3C3和A1B2C2,并采用试验验证了结果的正确性。研究结果对热处理工艺参数的合理设置可提供理论指导。The dimension accuracy of gear has direct influence on the transmission accuracy,running smoothness and noise.Therefore,how to reduce the deformation during heat treatment is of great significance.Carburizing temperature(A),quenching temperature(B)and quenching medium temperature(C)were selected as control factors,and the change of span distance between outer teeth and internal splines before and after heat treatment was chosen as the inspection index.By means of orthogonal test,signal to noise ratio and relative degree of correlation,the best combination of the best process parameters for the pinion,the smallest change in the span of external gear and the inner spline and the best comprehensive inspection index,were A1B1C1,A3B3C3 and A1B2C2,respectively.The correctness of the results was verified by experiments.The results can provide theoretical guidance for the reasonable setting of heat treatment process parameters.
