摘 要:双头螺栓使用的材料为45钢,调质过程中存在易开裂且准备时间长的问题。通过工艺试验,优选出淬火介质,并在此基础上进行工装优化。结果表明:使用N32油取代传统水油淬火是可行的;采用插入式工装取代手工捆扎,调质热处理效率提升明显。The screw stud is made of 45 steel. During quenching and tempering, it is easy to crack and has a long preparation time. Through the process test, the quenching medium was selected, and on this basis, the tooling optimization was carried out. The results show that, it is feasible to use N32 oil instead of conventional water oil for quenching. Using plug-in tooling instead of manual binding, the heat treatment efficiency of quenching and tempering is improved obviously.
