摘  要:文中通过收集兰州市2016-2018年日均空气污染数据、气象数据和呼吸系统门诊量数据,运用GAM模型对呼吸系统疾病门诊人数进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2、CO、O3在最佳滞后天数每增加10μg/m^3,呼吸系统疾病门诊人数分别增加1.7%、0.82%、2.8%、1.6%、5%、0.36%。(2)男性呼吸系统疾病受颗粒物浓度的影响程度高于女性,女性呼吸系统疾病受SO2、NO2浓度的影响程度高于男性。3)0-14岁和65岁以上人群的呼吸系统更易受到PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2的伤害。4)春冬两季是兰州空气污染对人体呼吸系统最敏感季节,夏季是最低的季节。5)颗粒物是诱发呼吸系统疾病的一个关键因素。We collected daily average air pollution data,meteorological data and respiratory system diagnostic data from Lanzhou city from 2016 to 2018,and used the Poisson regression generalized additive model to introduce the dummy variable of weekends and holidays to establish control relative humidity and temperature.On the basis of considering the single day lags effect and the cumulative day lags effect of air pollutants,the overall analysis and group analysis of respiratory diseases were carried out.Research results show that:(1)When PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NO2,CO and O3 increased by 10 ug/m^3 in the optimal stagnation,the number of outpatient patients with respiratory diseases increased by1.7%,0.82%,1.80%,2.8%,1.6%and 5%,respectively.(2)The effect of particulate matter concentration on the number of outpatients of male respiratory diseases was higher than that of female,and the effects of SO2 and NO2 concentrations on the number of outpatients of female respiratory diseases were higher than that of male.(3)The respiratory systems of people aged 0-14 and over 65 were more vulnerable to air pollutants under the same exposure conditions.(4)Spring and winter were the most sensitive seasons of air pollution for human respiratory system in Lanzhou,and summer was the season with the lowest incidence of respiratory diseases.(5)Particulate matter was a key factor inducing respiratory diseases.
