摘  要:草地土壤有机碳在碳循环中具有重要的意义,它和土壤理化性质都是判断土壤质量的重要指标。文中通过对内蒙古阿巴嘎旗克氏针茅(Stipa krylovii)草原区网围栏放牧下的土壤进行采样分析,旨在寻找有机碳与土壤理化性质间的关系。结果表明:有机碳、全氮、全磷、全钾含量随土层加深而减小;速效养分随土层加深先增加后减小;容重和pH随土层加深而增大。土壤有机碳与容重、pH有显著负相关(P<0.01);与全钾相关性不显著(P>0.05),与其它养分有显著正相关(P<0.01)。全氮和容重与有机碳拟合关系最好。可见,克氏针茅草原区土壤有机碳与理化性质之间关系密切。Soil organic carbon plays an important role in the carbon cycle of grassland.In order to find the relationship between organic carbon and soil physical and chemical properties,soil samples collected from Stipa krylovii grassland,Inner Mongolia were analyzed.The results show that the contents of organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium decrease with the deepening of soil layer.The available nutrients increase firstly and then decreased with the deepening of soil layer.Bulk density and pH increase as the soil layer deepens.Soil organic carbon is negatively correlated with bulk density and pH(P<0.01).There is no significant correlation with total potassium(P>0.05),and a significant positive correlation with other nutrients(P<0.01).The relationships between total nitrogen and bulk density and organic carbon are the best.It can be seen that there is a close relationship between soil organic carbon and physicochemical properties in Stipa krylovii grassland.
