摘　　要：针对冬季生产料温散失严重,造成过湿现象加剧的现状,通过布料矿槽使用蒸汽预热并进行智能控制自动化改造,确定合理的技术参数和采用新型蒸汽喷头后,蒸汽稳定性增强,热损失减少,蒸汽单耗明显下降。In view of the serious loss of material temperature in winter,resulting in the aggravation of excessive humidity,and through the use of steam preheating in ore tank for burden distribution and the intelligent control automation transformation,the determination of reasonable technical parameters and the adoption of new steam nozzle,the steam stability was enhanced,the heat loss was reduced,and so the unit consumption of steam was significantly reduced.
