摘　　要：结合长庆油田生产管理体系和生产工艺特点,研究形成了长庆油田能耗定额体系,采用在某一时期区间内统计平均值和最小值进行计算,考虑归一化,对计算结果进行修正,形成了长庆油田能耗定额均值制定法,有效破解了目前能耗定额缺乏统计公式的难题。Combined with the characteristics of production management system and production process in Changqing Oilfield,the energy consumption quota system of Changqing Oilfield was studied and formed.The statistical average value and minimum value in a certain period were used for calculation,and the calculation results were modified by considering normalization.The average value formulation method of energy consumption quota in Changqing Oilfield was formed,which effectively solved the problem of lack of statistical formula of energy consumption quota at present.
