摘 要:新旧绳互带法是多绳摩擦式提升机更换提升钢丝绳的常用施工方法,即先利用旧绳带新绳下放,再利用新绳带旧绳回收,但多采用单根更换、对半更换、4根同时更换,且所用换绳设备造价昂贵。依据新旧绳互带法原理,结合生产实际,在不使用大型设备、不支箕斗的情况下同时更换6根提升钢丝绳,使用绳卡配合防扭板卡,既防止了新绳的扭转和新旧绳的缠绕,又保证了新旧绳力量的安全平稳替换。该工艺在山西平舒煤业有限公司主立井塔式多绳摩擦式提升机更换提升钢丝绳的工作中多次成功应用,证明了其具有较高的可行性和推广价值。The new and old rope interlacing method is a common construction method for replacing the hoisting rope of multi-rope friction hoist.First,the old rope with new rope is lowered,and then the old rope with new rope is recycled.However,single rope replacement,half-and-half replacement,and 4 ropes are replaced at the same time are mostly adopted,and the cost of rope replacement equipment is expensive.According to the principle of new and old rope interlacing method,combined with the production practice,6 hoisting wire ropes are replaced at the same time without using large equipment and skip,and rope clips are used with anti-twisting board cards,which not only prevents the torsion of new rope and the winding of old and new ropes,but also ensures the safe and stable replacement of new and old rope forces.The successful application of this technology in the replacement of hoisting rope by the main shaft tower-type multi-rope friction hoist in Shanxi Pingshu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.has proved its high feasibility and popularization value.
