摘  要:通过深入研究1000 MW超超临界二次再热机组冷态启动过程中影响脱硝投运的关键因素,从提高给水温度、提高送风温度、提高炉膛出口烟温等运行调整入手,充分利用各项有利条件,最终实现机组并网前SCR入口烟气温度达到脱硝投入条件,实现机组冷态启动过程中NOx全程不超标。Through in-depth study on the key factors affecting denitration during cold start-up of 1000 MW ultra supercritical secondary reheat unit,starting from the operation adjustment of increasing feed water temperature,air supply temperature and flue gas temperature at furnace outlet,taking full advantage of various favorable conditions,the flue gas temperature at SCR inlet reached the denitration input condition before the unit was connected to the grid,and NOx did not exceed the standard during the whole process of cold start-up of the unit.
