摘　　要：多维后评估是在评估、后评估的基础上发展升级而来的。研究科学界定了多维后评估的内涵,阐述了其多维动态性、虚拟互动性的根本特征以及客观公正性、整体综合性、全过程系统性、总结前瞻性、多重实效性的基本特征,阐述了"理论+方法+技术体系"三位一体的多维后评估理论基础体系,以及多维后评估思路与评估难点。Multidimensional postevaluation is developed and upgraded on the basis of evaluation and postevaluation.The research scientifically defines the connotation of multidimensional postevaluation,expounds the basic characteristics of multidimensional dynamic and virtual interaction,as well as the basic characteristics of objective fairness,overall comprehensiveness,systematization of the whole process,foresight and multiple effectiveness.This paper analyzes the basic system of multidimensional postevaluation theory of"theory+method+technology system",as well as multidimensional postevaluation ideas and evaluation difficulties.
