摘 要:采用不同工艺参数进行了YG20-SrTa新型硬质合金数控刀具材料的离心铸造试验,并进行了300℃×96 h高温氧化和300℃高温磨损试验。结果表明,随浇注温度从1500℃增至1600℃或旋转速度从200 r/min增至600 r/min,合金材料的高温氧化性能及其磨损性能都先提高后下降。与浇注温度1500℃相比,合金材料在1550℃进行浇注浇注时高温氧化单位面积质量增重减小28.97%,高温磨损体积减小45.76%。与200 r/min旋转速度相比,旋转速度400r/min时合金材料高温氧化单位面积质量增重减小25.12%,高温磨损体积减小37.25%。YG20-SrTa新型硬质合金数控刀具材料离心铸造时浇注温度优选1550℃、旋转速度优选400 r/min。The centrifugal casting tests of YG20-SrTa new type cemented carbide NC tool material were carried out by using different processes parameters, and the high temperature oxidation test at 300℃ for 96 h and the high temperature wear test at 300℃ were done. The results show that the high temperature oxidation resistance and wear resistance of the alloy material increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of pouring temperature from 1500℃ to 1600℃ or rotation speed from 200 r/min to 600 r/min. Compared with those poured at 1500℃, the weight gain per unit area and wear volume of the alloy material decrease by 28.97% and 45.76% respectively, when the pouring temperature is 1550℃. Compared with those under the rotation speed of 200 r/min, the weight gain per unit area and wear volume of the alloy material decrease by 25.12%and 37.25% when the rotation speed is 400 r/min. The casting temperature and rotating speed of YG20-SrTa new cemented carbide NC tool material in centrifugal casting are optimized, which are 1550 ℃ and 400 r/min, respectively.
