摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议自2013年提出至今,经历了七年高速发展并取得了重要成效,但当前随着“一带一路”进入高质量发展阶段,其在发展中存在的重点问题和风险障碍不容忽视。现阶段“一带一路”发展主要存在贸易结构不均衡、投资结构单一、区域人民币国际进程缓慢以及国际产能合作效率有待提高等方面的问题。为促进“一带一路”高质量发展,未来应进一步从完善“一带一路”的国际法律体系建设、加快推进“一带一路”区域内人民币国际化进程、建立健全金融服务合作体系、创新“一带一路”园区合作模式等方面努力。Since the“Belt and Road”initiative was proposed in 2013,it has experienced seven years of rapid development and has achieved significant results.However,as the“Belt and Road”has entered a stage of high-quality development,there are key problems and risks in its development that cannot be ignored.At this stage,the development of the“Belt and Road”mainly has problems such as unbalanced trade structure,single investment structure,slow international progress of regional RMB,and the efficiency of international capacity cooperation.In order to promote its high-quality development,further improvements should be made to establish an international legal system under the“Belt and Road”,accelerate the internationalization of RMB in the“Belt and Road”region,establish a sound financial service cooperation system,and innovate the“Belt and Road”park cooperation model.
