摘 要:为同时改善木塑复合材料(WPC)的阻燃及抗紫外老化性能,采用膨胀型阻燃剂三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)、双季戊四醇(DPER)、协效剂硼酸锌(ZB)与木粉(WF)、聚丙烯(PP)共混制备具有一定阻燃耐候功能的木塑材料;通过力学性能测试,热重分析、氧指数测试、烟密度测试、锥形量热仪分析及扫描电镜分析,筛选出阻燃效果较优组,并测试该组别下WPC的抗紫外老化性能。结果表明:当m(MPP)∶m(DPER)=2∶3时,WPC热降解温度升高18.6℃,残炭率达21.6%;氧指数达29.9,烟密度为40.55;阻燃剂复配后,燃烧热释放速率、总热释放量、烟释放量、质量损失率与对照组相比,分别降低了31.9%、45.0%、72.4%、28%;复配阻燃体系能够使燃烧材料表面形成连续紧凑的炭层。750 h抗紫外老化性能测试表明,ZB能够使WPC表面颜色变化减缓,力学性能损失降低,表面裂隙较少,表明ZB具有一定的抗紫外老化作用。We adopted different proportions of intumescent flame retardants including melamine polyphosphate (MPP), dipentaerythritol (DPER) and the flame retardant synergist zinc borate (ZB), which were blended with wood flour (WF) and polypropylene (PP), to improve flame retardant properties and anti-ultraviolet aging resistance of WPC. The group with better flame retardant properties was concluded through the test of mechanical test, the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), oxygen index test (LOI), smoke density test (SDR), cone calorimeter instrument analysis (CONE), and scanning electron microscopy analysis (SEM) of each group. Then ultraviolet aging resistance of the composite under this group was tested. When m (MPP)∶ m (DPER)=2∶3, the degradation temperature of wood-plastic composite increased by 18.6 ℃, the residual carbon rate reached 21.6%, the oxygen index reached 29.9, the smoke density was 40.55, and the heat release rate, total heat release, smoke emission and mass loss rate were reduced by 31.9%, 45.0%, 72.4% and 28%, respectively. The flame retardant compounding system enabled the formation of a continuous and compact carbon layer on the surface of the material. The anti-UV aging performance test of 750 h showed that ZB could slow down the color change of the surface of WPC, reduce the mechanical property loss and the surface crack, indicating that ZB had anti-UV aging effect.
