摘 要:以丙烯酰氯(AC)、十一烯酰氯(UC)对木质素磺酸钙(LS)改性,分别制备了木质素磺酸钙丙烯酸酯(AC-LS)、木质素磺酸钙十一烯酸酯(UC-LS)单体。通过FTIR、1H NMR、UV测试对AC-LS、UC-LS的结构进行了分析。结果表明:AC-LS、UC-LS红外谱图中均出现新的酯基吸收峰,在核磁共振谱图均出现新的乙烯基质子峰(—CH CH 2);在紫外吸收谱图中,两单体最大吸收波长出现红移、吸收强度增强,表明AC-LS、UC-LS单体成功制备。通过DSC、GPC测试对AC-LS、UC-LS的聚合活性进行了分析,DSC结果显示在引发剂存在条件下,AC-LS、UC-LS可以发生均聚反应。AC-LS重均相对分子质量(M w)=30041,数均相对分子质量(M n)=13592,相对分子质量量分布系数(M w/M n)=2.21;UC-LS的M w=17118,M n=1896,M w/M n=2.17,表明AC-LS、UC-LS单体成功制备,并具有一定的聚合活性。Calcium lignosulfonate (LS) was modified by acryloyl chloride (AC) and undecylenyl chloride (UC) to prepare calcium lignosulfonate monomers AC-LS and UC-LS. The structure and polymerization activity of AC-LS and UC-LS were analyzed by FTIR, 1H NMR, UV, DSC, and GPC test. The results showed that new ester-based absorption peaks appeared in the infrared spectra of AC-LS and UC-LS;new vinyl proton peaks (—CH CH 2) appeared in the NMR spectra;in the ultraviolet absorption spectrum, the maximum absorption wavelength of the two monomers showed red shift and the absorption intensity increased. In summary, AC-LS and UC-LS monomers were successfully prepared. The DSC results showed that AC-LS and UC-LS could be polymerized in the presence of an initiator. The homopolymer relative molecular mass results: AC-LS: M w =30 041, M n=13 592, M w/ M n=2.21;UC-LS: M w=17 118, M n=1 896, and M w/ M n=2.17, indicated that AC-LS and UC-LS were successfully prepared and had a polymerization activity.
