摘  要:以鹅绒委陵菜(Potentilla anserina)为试验材料,通过测定自然失水胁迫、复水后的根系表型特征、结构特征和生理指标的变化来确定其耐旱能力。结果表明:根系总长度、总表面积、体积、平均地径随着干旱胁迫程度的增加呈现增加的趋势,在胁迫25 d时达到最大值,但增加的速率较对照的增加速率小;初生木质部、次生木质部随着胁迫程度的增加而产生位移,甚至随着胁迫程度的增强部分细胞出现破损的现象;丙二醛质量摩尔浓度,可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸质量分数随干旱胁迫强度增强呈现增加趋势,最大值分别出现在胁迫20、25、20 d;而SOD和POD活性先增加后降低,在胁迫15 d时达到最大值。复水后,丙二醛质量摩尔浓度,可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸质量分数,SOD、POD活性在干旱胁迫5、10、15 d时均有不同程度的恢复,胁迫25 d时无法恢复,已对植物造成不可逆伤害。综上,推测鹅绒委陵菜能忍耐超过20 d的干旱胁迫,是适合应用于北方干旱地区的优良观赏地被植物。With Potentilla anserine,we determined its drought tolerance by measuring the changes of root phenotypic characteristics,structural characteristics and physiological indexes after natural water loss stress and rewatering.The total root length,total surface area,volume and average ground diameter increased with the increase of drought stress,and reached the maximum at 25 d,but the rate of increase was smaller than that of control.The primary xylem and secondary xylem displaced with the increase of the degree of drought stress,and even some cells were damaged with the increase of the degree of drought stress.The contents of MDA,soluble protein and proline increased with the increase of drought stress intensity,and the maximum values appeared at 20,25 and 20 d,respectively,while the activities of SOD and POD increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum value at 15 d.After rehydration,malondialdehyde content,soluble protein,proline content,SOD and POD activities were restored to varying degrees at 5,10 and 15 d of drought stress,but could not be restored at 25 d of drought stress,which caused irreversible damage to plants.Therefore,P.velvetii can tolerate more than 20 d of drought stress and is a good ornamental ground cover plant suitable for northern arid areas.
