摘  要:为研究东方百合不同抗性品种接种百合灰霉菌后相关生理指标的变化与百合灰霉病抗性的关系,以‘Sorbonne’‘Constanta’和‘Siberia’3个高抗(HR)品种和高感(HS)品种‘Francia’为试材,人工接种百合灰霉菌,分别测定侵染前后丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度,相对电导率(R E,C),脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质量分数以及4种防御酶活性和植物激素质量分数的变化。结果表明:接菌后,R E,C、Pro质量分数和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性较接菌前下降,且高抗品种下降的幅度总体大于高感品种;氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性,可溶性糖、脱落酸(ABA)质量分数均有不同幅度的上升;同时发现,测定接菌前和接菌后第3天MDA质量摩尔浓度和CAT活性可作为初步鉴定抗感品种的指标。各指标的相关性及主成分分析结果表明,各品种在整个胁迫期共有3个主成分入选,从贡献率来看,各主成分间相差不大,说明这几种东方百合对百合灰霉菌的抗性并不是由单一生理指标决定,可能是各指标综合作用的结果。To study the relationship between the physiological indexes and the resistance to gray mold in different cultivars of Lilium Oriental Hybrid after inoculation with Botrytis cinerea,three high-sensitivity cultivars‘Sorbonne’,‘Constanta’and‘Siberia’,and a high-sensitive cultivar‘Francia’were used as study materials and each cultivar artificially inoculated B.cinerea.We examined some indexes of leaves in pre-inoculation plants and inoculated plants separately,such as,the contents of R E,C,MDA,proline,soluble protein,soluble sugar,and protective enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT and PAL)and plants hormones(ABA,GA,IAA,and ZR).The value of relative conductivity,proline content and CAT activity in pre-inoculation plants were higher than the inoculated ones.Furthermore,these values in high-resistance cultivars declined more than that in high-sensitivity cultivars;The contents of soluble sugar,SOD,POD,PAL and ABA increased in different ranges.The contents of MDA and CAT before and 3 d after inoculation could be used as indicators for preliminary identification of resistant and susceptible cultivar.The correlation of the indicators and the analysis of the principal components show that there are three principal components selected in the whole stress period.From the perspective of contribution rate,there is little difference in the principal components indicating that the resistance of Lilium Oriental Hybrid to B.cinerea might be the result of the comprehensive action of various physiological indicators,rather than a single physiological index.
