摘 要:随着我国电网规模逐渐扩大,电网结构日渐复杂,需要逐步完善大电网的故障快速稳定控制功能。考虑到大电网故障快速稳定控制对变电站母线电压的安全约束特性,提出了一种在电网自动电压控制系统中考虑大电网安全约束母线电压的无功电压协调控制方法;基于常规协调二级电压控制模型,对安全约束母线和中枢母线的不同调压情况进行分类讨论,并求解出不同重构模型相应的目标函数及约束条件;通过算例证明了所提控制策略能够有效充分利用电网自身的无功调节能力,对提高大电网的安全和稳定性具有指导意义。With the gradual expansion of the scale of power grid in China and the increasingly complex structure of the power grid,it is necessary to gradually improve the fault fast and stable control function of the large power grid.Considering the safety constraints of fast and stable control of large power grid faults on bus voltage in substations,a coordinated control method of reactive power and voltage considering bus voltage of large power grid safety constraints in automatic voltage control system is proposed in this paper.Based on the conventional coordinated secondary voltage control model,the different voltage regulation of safety constrained buses and central buses are discussed and solved.The corresponding objective functions and constraints of different reconfiguration models are given.Finally,an example is given to show that the proposed control strategy can effectively make full use of the reactive power regulation ability of the power grid itself,which has guiding significance for improving the security and stability of the large power grid.
