树上干杏主栽品种不同区域果实表型及品质的比较分析

摘　　要：为给树上干杏主栽优良品种在其他地区的推广栽培提供科学依据,对树上干杏主栽区域伊犁河谷及引种区域阿克苏地区、吐鲁番地区不同栽培区域地点主栽品种树上干杏2号果实外在表型与内在营养物质的主要经济性状,应用SPSS进行差异比较分析,利用模糊数学隶属函数法对树上干杏营养品质进行综合评价。结果表明,主栽品种树上干杏2号在不同区域果实营养成分含量丰富,存在显著差异。以原生地伊犁河谷的树上干杏果实单果质量较大,综合表型较好,营养物质含量较为丰富,品质较好。阿克苏地区的核壳较薄,糖酸比比例恰当,高酸高糖,风味浓,吐鲁番地区的果实甜,微量元素硒含量较高。通过模糊数学隶属函数法分析,伊犁河谷树上干杏2号果实综合营养品质较好,其次为吐鲁番地区,最后为阿克苏地区。To provide scientific basis for the popularization and cultivation of fine varieties of'shushanggan'apricot in other areas.comparative analysis was made on the main economic characteristics of the extrinsic phenotype and intrinsic nutrients of'shushanggan'apricot No.2 in different cultivation areas of different planting areas in the Yili Valley and introduction areas of dry apricot trees and in Turpan.Comprehensive evaluation of nutritional quality of'shushanggan'apricot by fuzzy mathematics membership function method.The resuts showed that there were significant differences in the contents of nutrients in the fruit of'shushanggan'apricot No.2 in different regions.The fruit of'shushanggan'apricot of Yili River Valley was of higher quality,better comprehensive phenotype,rich nutrient content and better quality.The core shell of Aksu area was thin,the ratio of sugar to acid was appropriate,high acid and high sugar,strong flavor,the fruit of Turpan area was sweet,the content of trace element selenium was high.Through the analysis of fuzzy mathematics membership function,the comprehensive nutritional quality of'shushanggan'apricot No.2 fruit in Yili River Valley was better,followed by Turpan region and Aksu region.
