摘　　要：产业技术创新战略联盟作为一种新型的产学研合作创新组织,有利于有效整合资源、形成创新合力,是推动产业技术创新的重要力量。本文在对天津农业产业技术创新战略联盟现状调查的基础上,对联盟存在的问题进行了分析,提出了联盟的发展路径,以期为我国农业产业技术创新战略联盟建设提供一定的理论依据和现实参考。As a new industry-university-research cooperation innovation organization,the industry technology innovation strategic alliance can effectively integrate the resources and form the resultant of forces in innovations,and which has become one of the important force to promote industrial technological innovation.Based on the basis of investigating the present situation of the technology innovation alliance of agricultural industry in Tianjin,this paper analyzed the existing problems of the alliance and put forward the development path of the alliance,in order to provide certain theoretical basis and practical reference for the industry technology innovation strategic alliance constructing in China.
