摘  要:水资源污染是阻碍我国生态文明发展的主要因素,而水质监测设备的广泛应用对我国水资源保护、水污染治理工作有效开展意义重大。在线水质监测仪是用于监测水环境、水源质量及其污染程度的专用仪器,具有高性能、微小、快速等特点,其功能设计备受社会关注。为完善在线监测仪整体性能,本文通过基于在线水质监测仪相关概念,对该仪器使用中总需氧量、总有机碳检测方法做出简单阐述,以突出流路功能板块实用价值。但由于现阶段各行业所用水质检测仪在具体应用中,其流路系统无法在高效清洗检测室、精确提取样品基础上,满足水资源质量监测要求。因此,本文对在线水质监测仪流路和控制电路设计进行深入研究,并通过优化流路系统中反应检测室各项参数,灵活运用微电子多位阀门与蠕动泵,完善流路功能板块设计方案。此外,本文在创新设计在线水质监测仪控制电路后,对流路系统功能、电气电路进行测试。测试结果表明,在线水质监测仪流路及控制电路设计改变后,监测仪器功能趋于完善,可满足各行业水质监测需求。Water pollution is the main factor that hinders the development of ecological civilization in China,and the wide application of water quality monitoring equipment is of great significance for the effective development of water resource protection and water pollution control in China.Online water quality monitor is a special instrument for monitoring water environment,water quality and pollution degree.It has the characteristics of high performance,small,fast,etc.its function design has attracted much attention of the society.In order to improve the overall performance of the on-line monitor,based on the relevant concepts of the on-line water quality monitor,this paper makes a simple description of the total oxygen demand and total organic carbon detection methods in the use of the instrument,in order to highlight the practical value of the flow function plate.However,due to the application of water quality detector in various industries,its flow system can not meet the requirements of water resource quality monitoring on the basis of efficient cleaning of detection room and accurate sample extraction.Therefore,in this paper,the design of flow path and control circuit of online water quality monitor is studied in depth,and by optimizing the parameters of reaction detection room in the flow path system,multi position valves and peristaltic pumps of microelectronics are flexibly used to improve the design scheme of flow path function plate.In addition,after innovatively designing the control circuit of the online water quality monitor,the function and electrical circuit of the convection system are tested.The test results show that after the design of flow path and control circuit of the online water quality monitor changes,the function of the monitor tends to be improved,which can meet the needs of water quality monitoring in various industries.
