摘 要:应用型高校自制设备在应用方面普遍存在台套数少、共享不充分、功能发掘不足、教学缺乏创新意识、管理制度不够完善等问题,无法充分发挥自制设备对学校、教师和学生的积极促进作用。本校基础实验实训中心力求将自制设备用到实处,充分发挥其在教学和科研中的作用,以“过程控制实验装置”为例,从服务于专业课程和服务于毕业设计、学生科技立项两个方面探索自制设备的合理化应用。引入能力本位教育理念和CDIO工程教育模式进行教学改革,将整个项目研发过程层层分解,与企业角色和具体能力要求直接挂钩,对学生的专业定位、课程定位和就业指导有很大帮助,通过对学生的调查和反馈表明该过程取得了良好的训练和提升效果。最后,提出几点自制设备的管理措施建议,以期进一步发挥其适应性、灵活性和先进性。The self-made devices generally have problems such as low number of sets,insufficient sharing,insufficient function discovery,lack of innovative awareness in teaching,and inadequate management systems in application colleges and universities,which cannot fully play the active role of self-made devices in universities,teachers and students.The basic experimental training center of our university tried to use self-made devices in practice and give full play to the role of teaching and scientific research,taking the“process control experimental device”as an example to explore the rational application of self-made devices from professional courses and graduation design,student science and technology projects.It uses the CBE concept and the CDIO engineering education model to finish teaching reform,to decompose the entire project research and development process and link with the role of the enterprise and specific ability requirements,which will greatly help the students in professional positioning,course positioning and employment guidance.The survey and feedback from students indicate that this process has achieved good training and enhancing effect.Finally,several management measures are suggested for self-made devices in order to further adaptability,flexibility and advancedness.
