摘  要:2.4GHz无线智能家居设备为人民带来方便快捷的同时,其发射有意辐射电磁波给人体健康造成的危害问题日益凸现。国际非电离辐射防护委员会根据电子、电气设备电磁场生物效应提出有效辐射功率限值Pmax,并规定了一个简单的人体暴露符合性评估方法。当天线有效辐射功率低于限值Pmax时,设备不必进行SAR测试就能判定其符合人体暴露要求。对于低功率的产品投入市场前,无需SAR测试系统的测试,企业生产商可以自行计算有效辐射功率值,评估其是否符合电磁场人体暴露水平,这样就能促使企业生产商采取适当措施,降低设备对人体健康产生的不良影响。最后,认证机构及其他相关部门应提醒企业生产商在产品说明书上表明天线相关参数和产品使用的安全距离,以便用户购买时可以查看和判断电磁辐射水平。2.4GHz wireless smart home equipment brings convenience and convenience to the people.At the same time,the harm to human health caused by intentionally radiated electromagnetic wave is increasingly prominent.According to the biological effects of electromagnetic fields of electronic and electrical equipment,the International Commission on non ionizing radiation protection(ICNIRP)proposed the effective radiation power limit Pmax,and provided a simple assessment method of human exposure compliance.When the effective radiation power of the antenna is lower than the limit Pmax,the equipment can determine whether it meets the requirements of human exposure without SAR test.Before the low-power products are put into the market,there is no need to test the SAR test system.The enterprise manufacturers can calculate the effective radiation power value by themselves to evaluate whether they meet the human body exposure level of electromagnetic field,so that the enterprise manufacturers can take appropriate measures to reduce the adverse effects of equipment on human health.Finally,the certification authority and other relevant departments should remind the manufacturer to indicate the antenna related parameters and the safe distance of the product in the product manual,so that users can view and judge the electromagnetic radiation level when purchasing.
