摘　　要：随着大连城市建设的发展,大连商港工业遗产如何保护与再利用是一项迫在眉睫的任务。本文梳理了大连商港工业遗产的历史脉络及价值特点,根据大连商港功能布局调整趋势并结合城市规划发展战略,提出其工业遗产保护与再利用建议:定位于国际化湾区,做好湾区岸线协调规划。具体对甘井子港区煤码头,提出体现"时空演变"的设计策略,引入文化休闲功能,激活现存工业遗产的活力,达到港城融合,提升"老甘井子区"城区生活品质的目的。With the development of Dalian city construction,it is an urgent task how to protect and reuse Dalian commercial port industrial heritage.In this paper the historical context and value characteristics of Dalian commercial port's industrial heritage is summarized,and some suggestions on the protection and reuse of Dalian commercial port's industrial heritage are put forwerd according to the adjustment trend of its functional layout and the development strategy of urban planning:positioning in the international bay area and coordinating the coastline planning of the bay area.In this paper,the design strategy of"time and space evolution"is put forward to embody the coal wharf in Ganjingzi port area,introduce the cultural leisure function,activate the vitality of the existing industrial heritage,achieve the purpose of integrating the port city and improving the urban life quality of"old Ganjingzi district".
