摘  要:有机氯类农药是典型的化学性质稳定的持久性有机污染物,六六六是我国最早大规模使用的有机氯农药之一。由于其化学性质稳定,在环境中降解十分缓慢,以及它的亲脂性等特点,易在生物体内和水体中大量富集从而危害人体健康。基于此,本实验采用不同提取方法对大连某地的土样六六六残留量进行分析。研究结果表明如下:(1)玉米地土壤中六六六残留量为15.46μg/kg,樱桃园土样总六六六残留量为13.09μg/kg;(2)对于同一种土壤,机械提取法>索氏提取法>超声提取法;(3)该土壤适合种植果蔬类蔬菜如茄子、番茄等。此项研究对发展有机农业和土壤修复等提供一定科学依据。Organochlorine pesticides are typical organic pollutants that are chemically stable and persistent,BHC is one of the earliest organochlorine pesticides that has been widely used in China.Because it is chemically stable,degrades very slowly in the environment and lipophilic,BHC is easy to accumulate in organisms and water sediment and is harmful to human health.Based on this,this experiment carried out the BHC analysis of Dalian soil samples by different extraction methods.The results showed as follows:(1)the residual content of BHC in the soil was 15.46μg/kg and total BHC residue in the cherry orchard soil was 13.09μg/kg.(2)For the same soil,the mechanical extraction was better than the Soxhlet extraction and the ultrasonic extraction.(3)The soils studied were suitable for planting vegetables such as eggplant,tomato,and pepper.This research provides scientific basis for developing organic agriculture and soil remediation.
