新建铁路皖赣线宣城至绩溪段青龙湾水库区段线路方案研究

摘　　要：皖赣铁路宣城至绩溪段位于安徽省境内,北起宣城市,南到绩溪县,途经宣城市的宣州区、宁国市、绩溪县。沿线自然保护区、水源保护区、风景名胜区、森林公园、文物保护单位等环境敏感目标众多。本次研究的青龙湾水库区段线路濒临青龙湾风景名胜区及一级生态保护区。线路方案研究结合环境敏感点影响、工程地质、项目施工难度、工程投资额度等控制因素,提出了绕避青龙湾水库方案和青龙湾水库取直方案两个方案,经综合经济技术比较,推荐绕避青龙湾水库方案。The Xuancheng to Jixi part of the Anhui-Jiangxi Railway is located in Anhui province,the route is stretching from Xuancheng in the north to Jixi in the south,it crosses Xuancheng,Ningguo and Jixi.Among this railway,there are many sensitive environment targets including natural reserve,water conservation area,tourist attraction,forest park and officially protected monument.This study area is Qinglong Bay.Qinglong Bay in this study is close to Qinglong Bay scenic spot and first-class ecological protection area This project puts forward Bypass qinglongwan reservoir and Go through qinglongwan reservoir these two plans in combination with Environmental sensitivity,engineering geology,project construction difficulty and project investment amount.After comprehensive economic and technical comparison,Bypass qinglongwan reservoir scheme is recommended.
