摘  要:为隔离病房机电改造提出一种双代号网络图与质量控制点相结合的创新管理方法。在双代号网络图中,计算关键线路、自由时差等参数,加快改造进度;根据各工序对工程质量的影响程度,将质量控制点划分为A、B、C三级,以保障工程质量;执行安全技术交底制度,确保施工安全。形成了双代号网络图与质量控制点相结合的网络图,指导隔离病房机电改造全过程。通过内部审核、管理评审与综合评定,对管理方法的应用效果进行评价,表明内部审核与管理评审结果均为“满意”,综合评定等级为“优良”。创新管理方法能够有效提高医院应对公共卫生事件的能力,为机电改造精细化管理探索出新方法。An innovative management method combining double code network diagram with quality control points is proposed for the mechanical and electrical transformation of isolation wards.In the double code network diagram,the parameters such as key lines and free time difference are calculated to speed up the transformation progress;according to the impact of each process on the project quality,the quality control points are divided into three levels:A,B and C,as to ensure the project quality;the safety technological disclosure system is implemented to ensure the construction safety.A network diagram combining double code network diagram with quality control points is formed to guide the whole process of mechanical and electrical transformation of isolation ward.Through internal audit,management review and comprehensive evaluation,the application effect of management method is evaluated,which shows that the results of internal audit and management review are“satisfactory”,and the comprehensive evaluation grade is“excellent”.Innovative management methods can effectively improve the hospitals’ability to respond to logistics public health events,and take a new step to innovate logistics management thinking and discover new methods for the refined management of mechanical and electrical transformation.
