摘　　要：目的:了解个体诊所的发展现状,总结基本特征,为更好发挥个体诊所的功能提出思考建议。方法:采用随机抽样方法,抽取3省12个区县为样本区县,对辖区内个体诊所负责人进行问卷调查,共回收有效问卷951份。结果:个体诊所平均经营时间为10.2年,平均拥有执业医师2.0人,平均日接诊量19.1人次,科目设置以内科和中医科为主,78.7%的诊所不能使用医保结算,71.0%的诊所每月业务收入在20000元以下。结论:个体诊所在满足居民基本医疗需求方面具有自身优势,但当前个体诊所的专科定位不利于其提供基本医疗服务,无法纳入医保支付体系是个体诊所发展的限制因素。Objective To understand the development status of private clinics,summarize the basic characteristics,and make suggestions for better functioning of private clinics.Methods Random sampling method was used to select 12 areas from 3 provinces as sample districts and counties.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the heads of private clinics in these sample districts and counties,and a total of 951 valid questionnaires were collected.Results The average operating hours of private clinics is 10.2 years,the average member of licensed physicians is 2.0,and the average daily consultation is 19.1 person-times.The subject setting is mainly internal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.78.7%of clinics cannot use medical insurance settlement,and 71.0%of clinics’monthly business income are below20,000 yuan.Conclusion private clinics have their own advantages in meeting the basic medical needs of residents.However,the current specialty positioning of private clinics is not conducive to providing basic medical services.The inability to be included in the medical insurance payment system is a limiting factor for the development of private clinics.
