摘 要:直流输电的发展与直流断路器的应用对隔离开关及其操作机构提出了快速、小型化、经济性等新的需求。目前国内外快速隔离开关多采用电斥力操作机构,已实现2 ms以内形成绝缘隔离断口,但电斥力操作机构存在成本高、机械寿命短、体积大等问题。提出了一种永磁与气动相结合的快速操作机构,达到了简化控制回路、减小体积、降低成本及提高可靠性的目的,并借助Infolytica MagNet有限元分析软件辅助设计模拟验证方法的可行性。理论与试验结果证明,方案达到设计要求,同时验证了方法的可行性。The development of DC distribution network and the application of DC circuit breaker put forward new requirements for the disconnector and its operating mechanism,such as fast,miniaturization and economic type.At present,most of the fast disconnectors at home and abroad use electric repulsion operation mechanism,which has achieved the formation of insulation isolation fracture within 2 ms.But the electric repulsion operating mechanism has the problems of high cost,short mechanical life and large volume.In view of the above problems,a fast operating mechanism combining permanent magnet and pneumatic was proposed.Its control loop is simplified,the volume is reduced,the cost is reduced and the reliability is improved.In this paper,the feasibility of the method is verified by using the finite element analysis software of Infolytica magnet.The theoretical and experimental results show that the scheme meets the design requirements and verifies the feasibility of the method.
