摘　　要：霍纳综合征西医治疗以病因治疗为主,对于经病因治疗后疗效不佳的霍纳综合征缺乏有效治疗方法。八脉交会穴申脉、照海分别通阳跷脉和阴跷脉,阴、阳跷脉交会于目内眦,阴阳气相并,能共同濡养眼目,针刺八脉交会穴申脉、照海配合眼区局部穴位治疗霍纳综合征可取得较好疗效。Horner syndrome is caused by damage to the superior cervical sympathetic pathway.Inflammation,tumor,trauma,surgery,vascular diseases and other disorders occurring on the sympathetic pathway can cause the syndrome.Currently,modern medicine treatment of Horner syndrome is mainly based on etiological treatment.However,there is no effective treatment for Horner syndrome with poor curative effect after etiological treatment.Shen Mai and Zhao Hai,as two of The eight confluent acupoints are respectively connected with the Yang Heel Channel and the Yin Heel Channel.The Yin Heel Channel and the Yang Heel Channel intersect at the inner canthus of the eye,and combine the Yin and Yang.It is essential for them to adjust the function of the eyes.Therefore,Acupuncture at Shen Mai and Zhao Hai combined with local acupoint in the eye region can achieve great benefit.
