三生调脂舒对H型高血压患者相关代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察三生调脂舒对H型高血压(HHT)患者相关代谢指标的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的70例H型高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。两组均在饮食、运动等生活方式干预的基础上给与降压、补充叶酸等基础治疗,观察组在上述治疗的基础上口服三生调脂舒,观察治疗前后两组血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血尿酸(UA)水平。结果:经治疗,两组TG、Hcy均有所下降,但与对照组相比,观察组下降更为明显(P<0.05);三生调脂舒治疗后HHT患者的TC、LDL-C、UA水平较对照组降低(P<0.05)结论:三生调脂舒可调节HHT患者的血脂代谢,降低血清Hcy、UA水平,从而具有改善H型高血压患者代谢紊乱的作用。Objective To observe the effect of San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu on relevant metabolism index in patients with H-type Hypertension.Methods 70 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 35 patients.The patients in both groups were given basic treatment such as reducing blood pressure and supplementing folic acid on the basis of diet,exercise and other lifestyle interventions.Patients in treatment group were given oral San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu.The levels of homocysteine(Hcy),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and uric acid(UA) were observed before and after treatment.Results The level of TG and Hcy in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05) after intervention,but the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of TC,LDL-C and UA were also decreased significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion San Sheng Tiao Zhi Shu can regulate the lipid disorders and decrease the levels of Hcy and UA,thereby it can improve the disorders of metabolism in patients with H-type hypertension.
