摘　　要：绿色矿山有着环境保护、社区和谐、企业文化等方面的建设要求,绿色矿山建设离不开广泛的公众参与。公众参与是实现社会和谐、共享的有力体现,是建设绿色矿山的重要保证。绿色矿山建设的公众参与者范围应该包括企业员工、周边社区居民以及利益相关者,公众参与应贯穿矿山建设、开发、闭坑全过程,参与内容包括资源利用、节能减排、科技创新、企业文化、社区和谐等建设方面,参与的方式主要有信息公示、座谈听证论证、民意调查等。为保障公众参与应注重培养公众公共精神、加强相关制度建设。There are requirements of environmental protection,community harmony,corporate culture and other aspects for the construction of green mines.The construction of green mines is inseparable from extensive public participation.Public participation is not only the powerful embodiment of social harmony and sharing,but also the important guarantee for the construction of green mines.The scope of public participation in the construction of green mine should include enterprise employees,surrounding community residents and stakeholders.Public participation should run through the whole process of mine construction,development and closure.The content of participation includes resource utilization,energy conservation and emission reduction,scientific and technological innovation,corporate culture,social harmony and other aspects of construction.The methods of participation mainly include information publicity,discussion,hearing and demonstration,public opinion investigation and so on.In order to ensure public participation,we should pay attention to the cultivation of public spirit and strengthen the construction of relevant systems.
