摘 要:为解决双曲面组合幕墙系统构件安装中受场地限制而无法使用重型吊装设备吊运的问题,进行了双曲钢结构外装大型GRC、GRG组合幕墙施工技术研究。研究对象GRC和GRG墙体造型均为完全空间曲线,每块板材呈现不同曲率,通过BIM建模及模型数据处理功能,将整片GRC,GRG板合理切割、放样、翻模,精确计算各单元组弧形板背负钢结构龙骨的预埋和焊接位置,并利用已有钢结构框架设置吊装架和起重葫芦将切割好的板件进行分段吊装,全过程使用BIM模型参与工程建设以严格控制现场定位安装精度。结果表明:利用BIM建模技术辅助现场施工,能保证铝单板安装精度,形成顺滑的空间曲面拼装效果,降低大型GRC外墙、GRG内墙施工过程的安全风险,优化施工流程,保证工程质量,经济技术效果显著。In order to solve the problem that the installation of hyperboloid composite curtain wall system components is restricted by the site and cannot be lifted by heavy lifting equipment,a construction technology of hyperboloid steel structure exterior large GRC and GRG for composite curtain wall is carried out.The research objects GRC and GRG wall modeling are complete spatial curves,each plate exhibits a different curvature,by using BIM modeling and model data processing methods,the entire GRC,GRG board is reasonably cut,lofted,and overmolded.the embedding and welding of the steel plate keel of each unit group are precise calculated and positioned.Further by the using of the existing steel structure frame to set up as the hoisting frame and lifting hoist,the cut plate is hoisted in sections.The whole project construction process are involved with BIM modeling and strictly control on-site positioning and installation accuracy.The results show that the use of BIM modeling technology to assist on-site construction can ensure the accuracy of aluminum veneer installation,form a smooth spatial surface assembly effect,reduce the safety risk of the construction process of large GRC outer walls and GRG inner walls,optimize the construction process,and ensure the project quality,the economic and technical effects are remarkable.
