摘  要:结合工程实例,对风电机组基础局部受压在塔架基础设计软件(WTF)中计算问题进行了探讨。在进行上锚板下高强灌浆料局部压应力及截面尺寸计算时,不能直接采用软件计算结果,应按照实际局部受压计算底面积A_b,局部受压面积A_l计算混凝土强度提高系数β_l,并对软件计算结果进行复核;在进行高强灌浆料下混凝土局部受压及截面尺寸计算时,当局部受压的计算底面积A_b大于等于3倍局部受压面积Al,可直接采用软件计算结果;当局部受压的计算底面积A_b小于3倍局部受压面积A_l,应按照实际局部受压的计算底面积Ab和局部受压面积Al计算混凝土强度提高系数β_l,不能直接采用软件计算结果。设计人员应加强理论知识学习,深入了解规范,熟悉软件特点和使用范围,不能盲目依赖软件计算结果。Combined with an engineering example,the calculation of local pressure on wind turbine foundation in tower foundation design software(WTF) is discussed.When calculating the local compressive stress and section size of high strength grouting material under the upper anchor plate,the software calculation results cannot be directly used.Instead,the concrete strength enhancement coefficient β1 should be calculated according to the actual local compression area Ab and the local compression area Al,and the software calculation results should be reviewed.In the calculation of local compression and section size of concrete under high-strength grouting material,when the calculated base area Ab of local compression is greater than or equal to 3 times the local compression area Al,the software calculation results can be directly adopted.When the calculated base area Ab of local compression is less than 3 times the local compression area Al,the concrete strength enhancement coefficient β1 should be calculated according to the calculated base area Ab and local compression area Al of actual local compression,and the software calculation results cannot be used directly.Designers should strengthen the theoretical knowledge learning,in-depth understanding of norms,familiar with the characteristics of software and the scope of use,not blindly rely on the software calculation results.
