摘　　要：库迈拉蒸汽干燥机作为紫金铜业有限公司闪速炉重点设备之一,用于干燥精矿中的水分。但在服役过程中发现其存在故障率高,维修成本高等问题。在对改造前蒸汽干燥机换热盘管存在问题分析的基础上,重点介绍了对换盘管轴向与径向定位装置的改造过程。改造后,换热盘管状态稳定,确保了闪速炉的稳定生产。As one of the key equipment of flash furnace in Zijin Copper Co.,Ltd.,Kumera steam dryer is used for drying the moisture in concentrate.It is found that it has high failure rate and high maintenance cost in the service life.Based on the analysis of the problems existed in the steam dryer heat transfer coil before the modification,the paper mainly introduces the modification of axial and radial positioning device for heat transfer coil.The state of heat transfer coil is stable after modification,which ensures the stability of full-load production of flash furnace.
