摘　　要：葛根素,一种天然异黄酮类化合物,拥有广泛的药理活性;但受天然结构的影响,使葛根素的脂溶性和水溶性均较差,药效发挥受到限制。为了改善葛根素的生物活性,研究者们进行了大量的结构修饰工作,改变了葛根素的原有性质,提高了其在体内的生物利用度。本文以修饰位点分类,对近些年来葛根素的结构修饰及衍生物活性研究进行综述,以期为葛根素相关药物的研发提供参考。Puerarin,a natural isoflavone compound,possesses a wide range of pharmacological activities.However,due to the influence of the natural structure,puerarin has poor fat solubility and water solubility,and its effect is limited.In order to improve the biological activity of puerarin,researchers have carried out a lot of structural modification work,changed the original properties of puerarin,and improved its bioavailability in the body.Based on the classification of modification sites,the structure modification and derivative activity of puerarin in recent years were reviewed,with a view to providing a reference for the research and development of puerarin-related drugs.
