耐高温阻燃预浸料环氧树脂的研制

摘　　要：应用KH-550对无卤阻燃剂JLH-W666(高性能磷氮类有机阻燃剂)进行表面处理,以环氧树脂E-12和4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷四缩水甘油基环氧树脂(TGDDM)作为基体,加入潜伏性固化剂双氰胺(DICY),潜伏性有机脲类促进剂(UR-300),制备耐高温阻燃预浸料环氧树脂。经过对制品各项性能的测试,结果显示,环氧树脂预浸料体系加入用KH-550处理后的无卤阻燃剂,树脂制品综合性能较好,其冲击强度≥30 kJ/m 2,玻璃化转变温度≥180℃,阻燃等级至少可达到VO级别(UL94)。Using KH-550 to treat the surface of halogen-free flame retardant JLH-W666(high performance phosphorus nitrogen organic flame retardant),epoxy resin E-12 and 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane Tetraglycidyl epoxy resin(TGDDM)as matrix,latent curing agent dicyandiamide(DICY)and latent organic urea accelerators(UR-300)were added to prepare high temperature resistant flame retardant prepreg epoxy resin.The results showed that the epoxy resin prepreg system with halogen-free flame retardant after KH-550 treatment had good comprehensive properties,with impact strength≥30 kJ/m 2,glass transition temperature≥180℃,and flame retardant grade at least reaching VO grade(UL94).
