摘  要:对某乙烯裂解装置二段加氢反应器进行检验,发现上下封头与筒体对接环焊缝及人孔内壁奥氏体不锈钢堆焊层整圈弥散型表面裂纹。基于渗透检测、相控阵检测、铁素体检测、理化检验等结果对裂纹产生原因进行分析,提出了针对性的缺陷返修处理工艺,缺陷返修部位再次检测的结果说明返修工艺是有效地,为同类工艺设备的返修处理提供参考。The second stage hydrogenation reactor of an ethylene cracking unit was tested,and it was found that diffuse surface cracks on the austenitic stainless steel surfacing layer were around the upper and lower head and cylinder butt weld as well as the manhole.Based on the results of penetration detection,phased array detection,ferrite detection,physical and chemical inspection and analysis of the causes of cracks,a targeted defect repair was put forward.The re-test results of defect repair site showed that the process was effective,which can provide reference for reworking of similar process equipment.
